What if none of the disks work... I was playing Call Of Duty and at the end of the game it froze. I tried all disks and none would work! I was thinking of buying a new laser, however, now I'm not sure if this will fix the problem?

This walk-through is amazingly accurate and well
Versed. Thanks for posting it. I haven't tested my
PS3 out yet, but it was very lint/dusty inside so
I'm optimistic it will work! *crosses fingers*
Thanks again!!

i recently bought a used ps3 with a laser problem. I've fixed systems with this problems before. The model is cechk01. so i opened it up and it has a kem-400a laser and deck. It seems as if someone replaced the original laser and deck with that. My question is if both kem-400a and kem-410 decks are the same size and if where the screws go are in the same spot?
